Among the 6,300 items from the collection of the great Surrealist leader André Breton to be auctioned at Drouot in Paris April 1-18 are thousands of rare books, many inscribed by the likes of Apollinaire, Freud, and Dali, vintage photos by Man Ray, paintings by Miró, Duchamp, and Magritte, and primitive works from Oceania and North America.
