After a year when many families spent time apart, Four Seasons Orlando is making up for lost time in the most luxurious way possible. How? Well, the property just announced that families could reserve the entire 16th floor with the Ultimate Suites Experience and Top Floor Buyout package. And Mickey can make a private appearance for the family, in the resort's event space.
The new offering combines the Royal Suite—which is the largest in all of central Florida—with the Presidential Suite on the top floor to create a sprawling 21-bedroom 18,040-square-foot private palace with not one, but three living rooms. The elevators are even programmed to ensure only your guest keys work, and you get incredible views of Epcot and Magic Kingdom Park fireworks displays (when they return) from the suite's balconies as well as lake and golf course vistas.
And as Central Florida's first and only AAA Five Diamond Award property, you know the service will be as luxurious as the accommodations. You are assigned a private concierge and butler to ensure your every need is taken care of and set up unique Disney experiences that the whole family will enjoy.

"Our concierge can arrange a custom cooking class with one of our talented chefs in our private demonstration kitchen, a buyout of The Spa for guests to enjoy a series of innovative therapies and have the relaxation areas all to themselves, and 18 holes of golf with our talented director of golf Instruction, for example," Thomas Steinhauer, regional vice president, and general manager told Departures. "Guests can also buy out the rooftop restaurant, Capa Steakhouse, for an exclusive steak and eggs brunch experience."
The resort also can offer VIP park tours and private Disney character events. Mickey Mouse or another beloved character can swing by a family's private event (for a fee) to capture the fun and physically distanced selfie photos.
Of course, this is in addition to the incredible offerings the hotel typically has. It's home to the only adult-only pool on Disney property and the only complimentary kids club offered daily for ages four to 12. There's also a private five-acre waterpark and award-winning restaurants helmed by talented chefs like executive chef Fabrizio Schenardi, who hails from Italy, and executive pastry chef Rabii Saber, who was a 2019 James Beard semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef. Add all of that to the buyout, and you might not even need to go theme parks for a bucket list vacation.
"The 16th-floor buyout is an ultra-luxury experience for families or groups who want the privacy and space of an entire floor to themselves," said Steinhauer. "Combined with perks such as butler service and customized amenities, this experience is one guests will remember for a lifetime."
