Having homes in New York and Switzerland is something typically reserved for the uber-wealthy, right? Well, what if we told you that not only is there an opportunity to enjoy the jet-setting lifestyle between two luxury homes but also get paid for it? And you can bring your partner.

An international family based between two luxury properties, a Swiss chalet and a luxe home in New York, are looking to hire a management couple to maintain the households. The role includes menu planning, maintaining food stock, shopping for household goods, housekeeping to a five-star standard, laundry and wardrobe management, handling contractors, light maintenance, driving, scheduling, and “preparing, cooking, and presenting meals and canapes to a high level,” according to the listing on Silver Swan recruitment. “One takes the role of driver/chef and the other is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the household.”

To qualify the family is “looking for a confident couple who can work to high standards, preferably with yacht experience.” High-end hospitality experience is required as well as knowledge of laundry processes and delicate materials, cooking skills, and the ability to train new staff. You also need to be tech-savvy and must be experienced driving internationally. Being smart, presentable, and child-friendly is also key, and knowing other languages is a plus.

Though you have to be “full-on" when the family is around, you and your partner will benefit from a range of incredible perks including a generous salary of about $85,000 (£70,000) with luxury accommodation provided in both European and US locations. You’ll also get a significant block of time off together during the summer to visit friends and family, travel or spend free time in Switzerland and New York.

Sound good to you? The application is available now with interviews happening as soon as possible.
