Five-star French castles? Check. Michelin-starred dining? You know it. Private vineyard tours, thermal spa treatments, and learning how to extract caviar on an eco-friendly farm? Oui, oui, and oui.

That's just some of the activities on the five-day "Discover French Provenance In Bordeaux And Cognac" experience available from Moet Hennessy at Clos19—of which only three are available each year. Wine lovers and cognac sippers, this is for you. If that sounds like an idyllic French fairytale getaway, then gather five of your nearest and dearest as this trip is best experienced in a group of six.

Your group will stay at two of the grandest five-star chateaux in Bordeaux and Cognac. First in Bordeaux, at Les Sources de Caudalie, the mighty yet quaint vine-clad luxury hotel where the region's finest grow.

Its name might also sound familiar to beauty lovers—this is the birthplace of Caudalie’s world-famous, grape-based beauty products. So don't skip out on the thermal spa treatments included in the experience before tucking into the two-Michelin-starred dining La Grand’Vigne. There's also a tennis court and a small farm to explore for those inclined.

The next five-star chateau, Domaine Des Etangs, dates back to the 11th century and spans a whopping 2,500 acres. We've moved on from Bordeaux's grapes and we're in the rolling Cognac countryside of south-west France, here. You'll swirl and sip cognac, dine at the castle's Michelin-starred Dyades and soak inside their super spa, which plucks herbs from the garden and utilizes them for your body’s benefit.

Inbetween taking in the best amenities at the two castles, you'll get special access to an ecological caviar farm with an interactive workshop, a Belvedere vodka cocktail and caviar pairing, and a personalized caviar gift to take home, "behind-the-vines" private tours of historic Château d’Yquem and Maison Hennessy and a cognac cocktail mixology class at the stylish Bar Luciole in Cognac.
