Mountains, sandy beaches, and nightlife: life doesn’t get much better than Marbella, Spain. That is until an out-of-this-world property hit the market in the glamorous coastal city. The architecturally stunning Star House in Montemayor Country Club was just listed for $2.97 million.

Located in a private gated neighborhood just 15 minutes away from Marbella’s city center and Puerto Banús, the futuristic villa looks like something straight out of The Jetsons. “The seductive lines of its organic architecture follow the topography giving the impression that the architecture emerges from the landscape,” reads the listing. The whole form of the building is perfectly adapted to the natural shape of the plot, blending with the surroundings, and taking full advantage of the priceless views.”

The property, which is still just in project phase, begins from the top level where you park and enter the home. From there, the house descends along the hillside and includes several infinity terraces and walkways leading down to the pool at the lowest level. Few details of the interior have been given, but we do know there will be four bedrooms and four baths spread along with entertaining space spread out over 5,382 square feet. And a master suite appears to be on one of the uppermost levels, based on the renderings.

Of course, floor-to-ceiling glass much of the exterior of the house, providing panoramic vistas from nearly every room. You can lounge in bed or go for a swim while overlooking the Mediterranean Sea with views to the Strait of Gibraltar and the coast of Africa. Plus, the south-facing living areas allow for plenty of natural light to flood the sleek open space. For the evenings, custom lighting was created to highlight “the sensual curves of the architecture” to create a peaceful environment to enjoy Spanish summer nights.

“Bright colors and natural lines add to the unique atmosphere of this precious home where the interior and exterior blend together in harmony,” adds the listing. “This house is a perfect oasis where you can enjoy the privacy and serenity of nature while being close to the city.”

While the property has yet to be built, buyers can expect construction to take anywhere from 12 to 24 months with the ability to customize qualities and change layout, according to a representative of MAS Property Marbella.
