Every month it seems that Airbnb is trying to inspire travelers to look for more than just a place to stay, whether it's turning the Louvre into a hotel room for a night or their newest addition, ethical animal experiences (like kayaking with corgis in Miami.) The brand's pushing to connect travelers to their passions in a new locale.

And there are tons of experiences offered by local hosts on the site nowadays, offering everything from Cava and e-bike trips touring Barcelona's best vineyards to hidden jazz club gigs in south London, and even fire-eating classes in Los Angeles. Everyone's tastes are covered and these experiences hosted by real locals can make you see a city in a whole new way.

Glamp Under the Northern Lights, Swedish Lapland

"Reindeer spotting, ice fishing and snowshoeing in the Arctic" is the name of the game on this six-day Aurelia Borealis chasing trip.
