Renowned Parisian concept store Colette has become famous for its collaborations (a few recent notables include Chanel in 2011, Apple Watch in 2014, Louis Vuitton in 2015, and Balenciaga in 2017, among many others). Naturally, before the 20-year-old institution closes its doors on December 20, Colette has partnered with New York City eatery Sant Ambroeus as its last-visiting restaurant.
However, for Sant Ambroeus—with locations throughout New York (Southampton, Upper East Side, West Village, SoHo, the Loews Regency Hotel, and Sotheby’s Auction House) and in Palm Beach, Florida—this international pop-up marks its first.
Coinciding with Paris Fashion Week, the residency will share the 8,000-square-foot, three-story space with a takeover by Thom Browne alongside an exhibition space, a bookshop, and products (clothing, accessories, art, and beauty).

And any guest who makes purchases on an American Express card will receive a complimentary gift.
The Italian restaurant, which features Sant Ambroeus's signature coral and blue décor, is open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 213 Rue Saint-honoré. colette.fr; santambroeus.com.
