Cara Delevingne and Olivier Rousteing are no strangers to viral fashion collaborations. Delevingne's museship with Balmain's creative director is longstanding, so when it came time for the fashion house's latest campaign to begin its development, it makes sense that Rousteing looked to the model-turned-actress.

Delevingne took her involvement with Balmain to the next level as a part of Rousteing's design team, working on developing the label's latest key seasonal accessories. The campaign, titled "The Choice," embodies Delevingne's character as a Balmain "rebelle": a troublemaker with a strong, invigorated, and adventurous spirit. Her confidence pairs magnificently with Rousteing's vision, forming a partnership which has accelerated her recent work with Balmain. This is her second campaign with the label since the start of 2019, so we can't wait to see what's to come for this (hopefully continued) collaboration.

Three handbags anchor the collection, all aligning with the theme of rebellion—and Delevingne's edge is tensely felt in their design. The classic look of quilted leather meets striking hardware in this collection, making each bag suit a different personality in the same rebellious vein.

The BBag, the first of the three to be available for purchase now, eases us into the collection's edge. Its quilted lambskin construction, leather and chain shoulder strap, and classic square shape make it both easy to pair and a total stand-out piece, thanks to the iconic embossed Balmain logo.

The canteen bag, which features the same quilted lambskin, gives the bold, black leather and gold hardware pairing a new look, aptly named "The Twist." With a wider strap and a detailed balance of gold metal trim, this bag is bold and practically made for your next rock-and-roll moment. The Twist will be available for purchase mid-July of this year.

The Romeo, the collection's third piece, is a distinctive bucket bag that pays homage to modern architecture and reverence to rebellion. The hardware, handle, and embossed Balmain logo are all emboldened: spiked studs replace the smooth metal accents on the previous purses and the handle and its matching details get an angular twist to boot. The Romeo will also be available for purchase mid-July of this year.
