The caipirinha—that Brazilian drink made with sugar, cachaça, and muddled limes and served on the rocks—has been divinely reimagined at the perennial hot spot Sushi Leblon. The still-buzzing 20-year-old restaurant makes the drink with ingredients such as passion fruit, strawberries, vodka, even sake.
