Lumeneo

French company Lumeneo’s scooter-style electric car Smera has an enclosed cockpit that fits two—the passenger sits behind the driver—and has a small trunk for luggage. It can travel 60 miles on one charge and recharges relatively quickly. This year Lumeneo also debuted Neoma, a concept four-seat version of the Smera.
