Hay House, located in an apartment-style Art Nouveau upstairs space, is our favorite of the Scandinavian manufacturer’s two Copenhagen boutiques. The store sells a mix of its own avant-garde furnishings, like Oskar Zieta’s inflated-steel Plopp stools ($390), alongside an expertly curated range of accessories.
