Claridge’s: The Enchanted Forest
Notable for its domestic teas, grown and harvested in Cornwall, Claridge’s seasonal offerings include Christmas cake and stollen, as well as a boys’ choir performing on weekends. As for seasonal decor, the hotel went all “haute nature” this year with a shimmering silver-and-green installation of magnolia branches, forest moss and white Christmas roses from McQueens—the recently opened in-house florist, which also does the blooms for Vanity Fair’s Oscar party and the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. $97, including a glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne; 49–55 Brook St.; 44-20/7629-8860; claridges.co.uk.
