Enjoy a paella cooking class, wine tasting, and dinner hosted "Las Vegas Style" by ever-famous Spanish chef, television personality, and cookbook author José Andrés.
American Express By Invitation Only® guests will be greeted with a Cava reception before they meet Chef Andrés at his restaurant – Jaleo by José Andrés – located within the stunning new Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Guests will then roll up their sleeves for a hands-on interactive paella cooking demonstration. Following, guests will join Chef Andrés at his celebrated Chinese-Mexican spot – China Poblano at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas – for cocktails and snacks. As if that wasn't enough, Card members will then return upstairs to Jaleo for a Spanish wine-paired tapas and paella dinner.
