A New London Restaurant

Chef Eric Chavot dazzles with his eponymous Michelin-starred eatery.

Brasserie Chavot marks a return to London’s dining scene for chef Eric Chavot, who gave up a Michelin-starred restaurant in the city in 2009. On our visit to his new spot last summer, the melt-in-your-mouth beef stew dazzled; clearly the work of a man gunning for Michelin stars. Months later, he got one.
