The beauty brand expands their line of products with a new customized skincare service.

After 165-years of paving the path for healthy skin and millions of loyal followers who swear by its 160 products, Kiehl’s goes back to its roots with its newest launch, Apothecary Preparations. The customized skincare service starts with an in-depth consultation that addresses five key areas: dullness, wrinkles, texture, redness, and pore size. Once two top concerns are determined with the help of the company’s skin atlas, a diagnostic tool used to identify and rank skin quality, you receive a personalized six-month prescription of two targeted complexes and a bottle of skin-strengthening concentrate enriched with squalane (an oil derived from the olive fruit) and botanicals like black currant and apricot. You can mix the pharmaceutical blends at home to create a potent treatment that cures multiple skin complexities in a single serum.

Apothecary Preparations is currently available at the Kiehl’s East Village boutique, and will begin rolling out at other Kiehl’s locations in September.
