First came the Mad Men, then the fashion crowd. Now it’s Jewelry Row. But Madison Avenue also hosts some of the top watchmakers in the world. In the past few years, giants like Chopard and Graff have opened boutiques there, and more are moving in: In October, Geneva-based DeLaneau will bring ladies’ watches to the Upper East Side location, and early next year Swiss heavyweight Vacheron Constantin will open its doors.
