IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective immediately, American Express will no longer issue a statement credit when you elect not to receive DEPARTURES Magazine. For customer service regarding your DEPARTURES subscription, including replacement copies or to opt out of receiving the magazine entirely, please contact American Express Customer Service at the phone number printed on the back of your Platinum or Centurion Card. Please note that American Express requires that DEPARTURES be mailed to the statement billing address.
