Boucheron’s Newest Fragrance

Renowned jewelry purveyor Boucheron welcomes a new fragrance into its three-scent fold: Boucheron Jaïpur Bracelet (50 ml., $106; 100 ml., $130). Jaïpur, also known as Pink City, is the capital of Rajasthan, India, which Frédéric Boucheron, Louis Boucheron’s father, became smitten with during his first visit in 1909. The softly curved bracelet-shaped bottle and amethyst-hued cabochon top cuts an elegant profile. (The cabochon is one of Boucheron’s signature cuts and is featured on all its fragrances.) But it’s the scent itself that truly embodies its muse. Notes of violet leaves, basil and lemony verbena lead into heady florals (lily of the valley, hyacinth, marigold) and woody cashmeran, cypress and powdery iris concrete.
