Interview with Audrey Tatou
The actress’s cultural obsessions.
“Emilie Simon, the composer for my latest film, Delicacy, is an amazing French musician. She just released her album, Franky Knight, in the United States, so that’s very exciting.
“Right now I’m reading Claustria, by Régis Jauffret. It’s a novel based on the true story of a man who kidnapped his daughter and kept her in a basement and had many children with her. It’s very dark, and it’s created quite a stir in Europe.
“I’ll be in New York this summer shooting a film. When I’m there, I always go to museums, especially the Met to see the Rodins. You can see his sculptures all over the world, but there is always a new one to discover.”
